We create participatory events and workshops with schools, engaging students in a conversation about their mental health and wellbeing. Our aim is to:
Create opportunities to experience a range of activities and services that can broaden their view of managing their independence.
Organise taster sessions at the events.
Listen to people’s views, experiences and feedback.
Share information and knowledge about ways to manage overall health and wellbeing and where to find help and support.
Allowing mental health and its relationship with physical health to be a topic without taboos.
Identifying how broad the subject is, and how
it can impact young lives on many levels.
Engaging teens in experiences and conversations to develop awareness of personal mental wellbeing
